So during my evaluation, this book has 2 main detracting features. A light color breaking crease to FURC and a chip to the FULC. That chip is production related unfortunately, but does that still knock it to a VF+ 8.5? I was thinking based off of the strong spine that it might garner VF/NM 9.0.

 

Either way, it's a pretty VF+
