I must take advantage of Divad's presence!

 

 

The nick on the edge just above the Y only affects the cover. There is something similar on the bottom that does not affect the cover but does ding a few pages that are ever so slightly longer than the cover (although they are not short at the top).

 

I should also mention a shallow dent/depression that is about the size of the tip of my pinky, is located in ULFC.

That crease to the URBC is fairly visible, although it doesn't appear to translate to the FC. The rest of the book is tight . . .

I think it's got a shot at a NM- 9.2, but most likely VF/NM 9.0 by CGC. I'm still mixed on CGC's grading on mags...

 

But [embarrassing lack of self control] a VF/NM 9.0 CGC of this book will bring nice $$$
