I've got the same book in the same condition.....nice tough black cover.

Are there supposed to be all those white specks on the cover, or are those all dents and creases? It also looks like there might be some problems with the lower staple. If there is tearing there, it might bring the book down. I would say somewhere around 7.5; it could go up or down .5 depending on tear mentioned by someone else and potential problems with the staple.
