That is a very nice book. I can only see the slightest of edge wear along the upper edge. It looks like there may be an problem on the bottom edge, looking at the front cover. Is there a stress line starting under Hulk's foot? If so, it could bring the grade down a tad. Otherwise, and this might just be me not being able to grade correctly, I would say this is a candidate for a 9.0. Although, I am not sure if what looks like speckling on the back cover would bring down the grade considerably.

I wouldn't sell yourself short . . . good eye! On closer inspection, that is indeed a very light crease below the Hulk's foot
