Opinions on Flash 129 and 137

Both books not CGC, both books have a funky gray mark/stain(?) near the Flash leg and butt.

 

Please let me know your opinions and what CGC might deduct for them.

Is the stain ink? :Like some kind of date or arrival stamp?

I don't think it is ink. Some kind of.....well I don't know.

Scans are clear, but too small. Also need BC's . . .

 

I assume the stains are two-dimensional?

I'll say, is there stain to the interior as well? Both covers on two books???

At the moment I don't have the books in hand so I am not sure. I don't think they actually go through, just on the outside. I have attached the back scans and the mark is almost identical and in the same spot on the back cover.

 

First cover is the 129.

that's the weirdest frikken thing i've ever seen. it's like there was ink or something on the scanner bed or the lid when someone went to scan the front and back of both books
