Maybe it's just me, but I have a hard time grading books that are much larger than my screen. When I can only see a quarter of the book at a time, I can't properly factor in overall cumulative effect of flaws.

 

I'd like to help, but short of saving your images and resizing them in photoshop, I can't grade from scans this big.

 

I'd recommend scanning at 100%, 100 dpi... this should be big enough to see detail without blowing out the size.

5.0/5.5 seems right on the money to me too. At first glance the book looks mid-grade, but just enough spine & overall wear, plus what looks like a bit of cover looseness at the staples, to drop the grade a bit more. Still nice!
