Very recent pick up from a fellow boardie. Took me a long time to find a somewhat affordable copy. I’ve had one circle of friends agree it rarely surfaces and then another on the Timely/Atlas Facebook page that seem to think it was pretty common. Thoughts?

Not something I have found easily over the years but I have seen it a few times for sale on the boards and at shows. Also, I don't see it for sale at the places I would normally look for a harder to find book like that
