Saw this book on the boards and did a random Google search for it...  Found this copy for right around $5 from a seller overseas (I think it was Finland)

I remember paying for it and figuring it would never arrive. But it did.

I just did a rough number and got 62/319 which is just under 20%.  Maybe I have a fondness for them that makes me think the number is higher.
