Low grade ASM 129

I'm considering selling this low grade asm 129 on Ebay, and would like to try to give a close grade in the listing. Unfortunately, grading isn't something I've learned, so if anyone has the time and can help me out here, I'd appreciate it!

It looks like there's moisture damage on the back cover...are pages affected? And the scans are cropped too tightly...I'd suggest rescanning a bit larger & with some breathing room. My guess is around 4.0/4.5 from what I can see.
