One of my All time Favorite books Mystery Men 30 seems to be doing pretty well in the current auction!! Inside back cover for MM30 has a house add for what was supposed to be US Jones but turned into Wonderworld 32

Incredible Gino. Shouldn’t be surprised though as you always have killer GA rarities. I don’t believe I’ve ever seen a WW32. That’s a cool tidbit about US Jones. Thanks for sharing.

As I mentioned earlier, I have very few Fox superhero comics left. One that I remember being gifted from a pal (I think he needed the centerfold) is a coverless, cfo copy of Wonderworld 33, which always eluded me back when I was collecting the Fox books. So, I dug it out and snapped some pics for those curious as to what awaits them between the covers! The color copy cover is just for easy recognition in the box. I took a pic of every splash page (except Yarko, 'cause cfo) and a few interesting ad pages and such, and I will post them in the order you'd see them if you were thumbing thru the comic. Enjoy

Such colors. Seems the interior artwork didn't suffer any in the later issues.  Looking it up It CGc says "Louis Cazeneuve cover and art". He was pretty good, no wonder DC later hired him. So was whoever did the inking. Good stuff.

Thanks for looking that up, I didn't know he did that cover! Louis Cazeneuve and his brother Arturo both did a fair amount of Golden Age artwork without attracting a lot of attention to themselves. In fact, it wasn't until maybe a dozen years ago or so that I'd even heard their names. It's very likely that most collectors have seen their work, without knowing it's their work.

Well, I am glad I still have my copy. I had a couple boardies ask if that was my collection, none of it was mine for the record.

Wonderful stuff, Jimmy! I really enjoy the interiors of the late Fox Super hero books, and this one is no exception. Just wish Flame girl would've gotten her own mag!!

Thanks RJ! With so many of those issues locked away in slabs, I thought some might enjoy seeing the interior! Yeah, Flame Girl was hot!!!

fantastic stuff!! I would love to see that US Jones Membership badge etc!! I am sure @Robot Man would be excited to see it too!!

I did land one Fox book if you can call it that hahaha!! I always enjoyed how the Fox indicia is covered over on this book! Went for lower than i expected honestly so i was pleased!! Maybe folks were saving for the later books this was an early one

Great auction, walked away with a few wins and quite a few losses.  There were a few books that did incredible!  I was pleasantly surprised to see the Eagle run do so well, I was hoping to get #2 for a reasonable price, that didn't happen - and no, I didn't win it.  Congrats to whomever did.

Here is one of only two I have seen in person. The ONLY whole kit. Sadly, not mine but belonged to Steve Geppi at one point. Not sure where it is now. By the way, there is also a Boys Brigade V Club pin. A local guy has one. Not very exciting but if you collect this stuff like I do, it would be on your list. Just think of this. How many comics did this ad run in? How many kids sent in for it? How many got kept...

Stuff like this sure make the comics look down right common. And, if any these premiums were to show up, they would be cheap compared to the comics.

I got into Fox GA a little late. I don't have a whole lot of them and mine are all beaters. Here are a couple real tough late run Mystery Men. I think I have two more later ones. Glad to have them in any shape at this point. Both, by the way, are very tradable for a US Jones button...
