With the large crease in the LRFC, a 5.0 IMO....

That crease kills the book but due to the excellent cond of the back cover and the white pages I grade it at a Fine+ but would like some other opinions.

Staples look a bit rusty. Crease along spine, spine stress, and crease LRFC all take it out of Fine grade IMO.

5.0 for white pages and fairly clean back.

That corner crease, rusted staple and tears at staples brings it to a 4.5 IMHO.

That, and the multiple creases running down the center left of the book underneath the 12 cents (the creasing is pretty long). Page Quality doesn't bump the grade, just makes it a lot more atttractive. If I receive this book as a 5.0, I would return it.
