I just made a mistake!

So, luckily I had a seller who was honest and told me to refund the book. I received this in the mail tonight:

 

"Dear Shawn xxxx,

 

PayPal has concluded our investigation of your Buyer Complaint:

As stated in our User Agreement, PayPal's Buyer Complaint Policy

only applies to the shipment of goods, not to disputes about

the attributes or quality of goods received. Therefore, we cannot

reverse this transaction or issue a refund. We encourage you to

continue to work directly with the seller to amicably resolve

this dispute.

(So In other words, had he shipped me a Cherry Pop-Tart #1 in lieu of the book, I would still be SOL since he sent me something )

PayPal does not tolerate fraud or illegal activities. Your

complaint has been noted in the record of the PayPal user you

reported. If we find this user has violated our policies, we

will investigate and take appropriate action. If this occurs, you may be

contacted in the future about the status of this complaint.

Just once more for emphasis: *cancel your PayPal account* anyway... trust me, you'll feel better about yourself! Paypal is a blessing and a curse... but the curse far outweighs the blessing.
