8.5 looks like a safe bet...but it could make 9.0 depending on the in-person look and feel to that upper right corner?

Yeah, I would say flip a coin. It could really go either way depending on who's looking at it. There's edgewear, the corners are a little soft, but that color rub appears to be the wild card.

 

Personally, if I was selling it, I would call it an 8.5.
