I initially thought those were smudges in the title, but looking at the cover on Comics.org it appears to be in the original. I would go with 6.5 and 5.5. Nice books. I think my favorite cover in the title is #45, the Colorama cover.

#2) Was going to agree with 5.0/5.5 but I see there's a huge tear at the bottom, correct? I'm thinking 3.5...
