Great, great books guys! thumbsup2.gif

No matter what I collect, Spidey will always be my favorite. Hopefully, one day I can go back and put a nice run together. Here are some books I picked up about 3 years ago:

You know, this is going to sound a little cornball....but I'm always amazed how interesting it is to see different copies of the same issues, over and over again.

You'd think, well, you've seen one copy you've seen them all.....but (this is where it gets corny)....I actually believe that to collectors like ourselves.....each book has it's own personality, or resultant "look" after being handled, stored, etc etc. over time.

Each book has it's own particular wrap, color cast, set of edges....plus the artwork on these are all classic examples of the height of the silver age.

What can I say.....bring 'em on! I don't care if it's a 9.6 or a 2.5!

I'm collecting every single ASM ever published including variants, reprints and annuals. All in NM or there about. VF or better on the 1-100 issues although my grade ranges change a little depending on the next purchase, everything has to be high grade and very presentable. Here are a few books i have scanned in already.

Matt, Love that 34 , 45 and 119. Nice set of books. cloud9.gif

You have some fantastic books yourself. thumbsup2.gif

I finally got the nerve to call CGC and ask about the graders notes on the ASM #1. All 3 graders had given it an 8.0, and its only fault is some very minor wear along the spine. Looking at it closely, there are a couple very small indentations and non color breaking stress marks at the bottom staple. I'm certainly very happy with the book. yay.gif
