No, they dont have special powers. They just are old and look young. That is the whole deal, but if you are on planet earth for a few 100 years and not locked into your room all the time then you will for sure gain a lot of knowledge and wisdom and eventually also a lot of wealth.

 

I do not want to mess it up with special powers. They can be killed like anybody, they just know more than you and I do and they have some more influential contacts.
