Sweet cover - without looking at back cover, it looks like it should grade at least a NM 9.4.

Yeah I alread bought it Once he sent that Hi res scan I hit the BIN button He has a CGC 9.4 on ebay as we speak & he says this one is as good as the 9.4 and most likely better.

 

I'll just submit this sucker along with my other GI JOES !

What did the BIN go at?

 

The front cover of the book looks good.

$100 I'm praying for a 9.6, but a 9.4 is still good for that price

Front cover only I'd say 9.6, there's a slight mark on the very tip of the top right corner (so it looks) and there might be a slight staple ridge.
