Info as to how to add a SET TYPE in the collection template fields

I've looked over alot of cgc type set collections. Basically the ones that drew my interest were that of ASM Complete. ASM 200-300 / ASM100-200 etc...

 

My question is that say I would like to start a new collection set type details with Amazing Spider-man (Highest Graded) - Being the case, how would I go about doing this? As I know ppl other than myself that would be interested to see this type of a set type detail as per set template. Please let me know if anyone does have the standard way to submit this type of request as I'm rather new on this site and not too sure how to process it. I know i need my serial #'s but not much more than that. Thanks to all who respond.
