So no, I do not believe Captain Marvel 25-33 were ever fully reprinted.

That is indeed a shame. Well, off to find some readers. laugh.gif

I have some readers but I have to dig them out if you are interested.

I believe it goes as follows.

The First Saga -

Captain Marvel's #25 - #33 '74

Avenger Annual #7 '77

Marvel's Two in one Annual #2 '77

Ending in The death of Captain Marvel ( Graphic Novel '82 )

His first appearance did not play a part of his Saga's

-

Second saga -

Thanos Ouest #'s 1 & 2 '90

There were other appearances; and you could argue that his

Avenger's # 125 in '74 appearane was also part of the Saga.

The Infinity Gauntlet # 1-6 '91

Infinity War #1-6 '92

Infinity Crusade # 1-6 '92.

Now from there I'm not sure if a third Saga

takes place, or if the second Saga just continues to -

Avengers's Celestial Quest

Infinity Abyss #1-6 '2002

Marvel Universe The End #1-6 '2003

And possible the Thanos #1-12 2003-2004

as part of the Saga.

Thanos was (or is) in the Utimate Universe

[first seen in Ultimate Fantastic Four # 35]

And got his heart ripped out by Drax in issue

#4.

He (Thanos) plays a major role in the Silver Surfer's 1987 title - from about issue #34-50 (Ron Lim art & Starlin story), which was right around the time of the Thanos Quest books

Yes, I was considering that storyline. Just not sure that would constitute

the Thanos Saga though. Thanos was goofing with Radd's head rather than

trying to gain universal dominance.

Ok, now I need to re-read those Surfer issues to make sure. laugh.gif
