What exactly do you want to know? Whether it would be a good investment to put your money into Adams Bats instead of Giant-Size X-Men 1?

If this is the case, it's a tough question to answer.

Higher grade books have traditionally seen the greatest rate of appreciation, however, GS X-Men 1 is a true key and a very very important book. While, and I'm not a DC collector, Adams Bats are really just pretty covers.

In short, confused-smiley-013.gif.

Clearly you have never read one or even flipped one open. Adams interior art puts just about everyone else to shame. Several of the stories are excellent as well.

Giant size X-mens are everywhere.....Adams Batmans above 9.2 can be a little tricky to get.

That's true. Depending on the issues, the Adams stuff might be better. GSXMs are common as dirt. confused-smiley-013.gif

8mm,

Could you elaborate on your goals? Why are you interested in selling your GS X-Men #1 for Neal Adams books? Someone will probably be able to give you an answer that is appropriate for you.

Thanks.

Dan

this is a "period."

.

we use it at the end of our sentences, so that we can help people tell when we've ended one and begun another.

live it. learn it. love it. and for Christ's sake, use it.

This is an example of a "capital letter."

On topic, I would rather have a few nice Adams Batman books than a 9.0 GSX 1. The X-Men is plentiful and I don't think it's price will increase in the near future. The Adams books are less plentiful/available, especially in high grade and I think they are more likely to increase in price (and obviously it's better to pay less for them now than more later).

If you are considering investment as the goal then I say keep the GS- X book unless you are buying a high grade batman book. If you are thinking of selling it so you can buy cool books to read for enjoyment (because you love Adams Batman) then I say go for it. I don't like graded books, I feel that comics are for reading and that comics are for enjoyment not investment.
