Edit an Existing Set

1- Log in to Collectors Society

 

2- Upon logging in you will be at your Control Panel where your existing sets are displayed in the bottom portion of the screen.

 

3- Click the Edit link (found on the right side of the screen) for the set you wish to edit.

 

 

The edit page allows you to modify the set name and description and add or change any comics in your set. Once you have made changes on this page, scroll to the bottom and click Save.

 

To add photos and/or modify specific descriptions for each comic click the ‘Edit Comic Details’ link found beneath the general comic description in the ‘Comic Competing’ column. You are permitted to upload two photos per comic. However, each photo must not exceed 120k.

 

Field definitions for the edit page:

 

Current Comic – this is the description of the specific comic you currently have registered for this slot

 

Points – number of points for the current comic in the set

 

Switch to Cert # - add a new cert number in this field and scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save to update the set.

 

Clear – allows you to delete a comic from the set. Click the link in this column, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save to delete.

 

New Cert Description – add personal descriptive text for a specific comic. Many participants use this field to describe the appearance of a comic and/or to tell the story of how the comic was acquired.

 

To modify existing text for a comic, click the ‘Edit Comic Details’ link found beneath the general comic description in the ‘Current Comic’ column.

 

Available Comics – comics already registered to you that are eligible for the slot will display in this column.
