comeaux
Although I have a 4 bedroom house, aside from the master bedroom and guest bedroom my toddler son has taken up the other two rooms as his “playrooms” so I have decided to turn my office into my “comic room” until I can commandeer one of these rooms back to transform into a true comic room. I’m planning on using primarily Silver Age books with an occasional early copper or modern in which these books will typically be low value/grade books that are not really part of my “official” collection. The books will predominantly range in value from $50 to $100 and since they are low value books I’m not really concerned with damage from the sunlight although windows are tinted and blinds block the majority of the light. This is only the beginning pictures as I plan on adding comic racks with books, action figures and tons of additional framed books. I have a tremendous amount of wall space and plan on filling it with the beautiful and lively colors of awesome comics! I have over 20 more frames right now and gathering books to put in them. The majority of the books already up and heading my way are from the boardie’s here at CGC forums ... thanks a ton guys (thumbs u

DeBricazar-migration
My first post here ... I was drawn here after reading about Ian Levine's DC Comics collection on the Marvel Masterworks Forum (my regular stomping grounds), and this thread in particular impressed me. My wife and I bought a house this past July and got married 11 days later, and I'm fortunate enough to have a finished basement for a comic room. Just wanted to express my kudos to you folks for having such awesome rooms (the one showing Action #1 and Superman #1 was particularly mind-boggling, as well as the one with the Star Wars blanketed bed in the middle) ... it's made me want to share some pics as well! lemonman5
I'll share my basement/geekroom pictures. Not all comics. Mostly statues (most relating to comics), and some other geeky stuff. My comic collection was purged last year, and what you see if basically all that remains. I might take the Anime stuff down soon. Crappy quality. I took pictures with my iPhone. View when you first walk into the basement. Stuff on table Books on side wall Behind door
lemonman5
Split this into 2 posts to make things easier. X-23 isn't going to stay much longer. I need to get rid of that treadmill Very dusty, but not worth dusting. My two favorite art pieces: Original watercolor from Shelly Moldoff. Original Batman sketch from Michael Turner. I'm waiting for someone to quote this post, just to make everyone mad.
