I think they may have done better with a start of $1 and a reserve.

Sure, nobody likes it when the bidding starts near retail, cause you have no way to get lucky and "steal it"....I would pay/bid $5500 for a real 9.0 BB#28. I just think it unlikely that that book in that condition ends up in that sellers hands.... Just doesnt smell right...my spider-sense is tingling.
