Depending on how the rest of the book looks, maybe not much of a drop.  Those corner chews are pretty benign...and very common.

If it was not for that corner it would rate 9.2 easy.

On the 3rd picture you see the 16 first pages from the middle, and there about 1mm by 1 1/2 "of paper missing from all of them.

And it's on a very important silver age key. Just want to know if it's worth the asked price.
