Why would someone Way Undergrade a comic to sell?

Can anyone think of a reason why someone would assign a book that is obviously no less than a 9.4 grade, a grade of "Very Good" (4.0)?

 

The book in question is a Modern Dynamic Forces comic sealed in it's bag complete with the DF Holosticker intact and COA for limited run of 999:

A lot of the time, those DF comics have a DF sticker on the actual bag on the back flap. Over time, those bags get trashed a bit if they're not PUT INTO ANOTHER BAG.

 

Maybe that's what he was grading? The bag?

Maybe when he says "very good" he's not referring to the Overstreet scale, just saying it's in very good condition.

I would tend to believe the mistake assumption since I have been sent items that were similar but very different in price from the same dealer.

 

It has always been in my favor, but I am really beginning to question this store, due to their attention to detail as of late...

 

I don't believe they would have somehow switched bags, due to the Holosticker, and the bag is really in excellent shape.

 

I was just wondering because this book has been on my Wishlist for 3 years.... and then I get a notice it was available... Hell it only cost me $6.40.
