Why do the females always have a pointed chin?  Is this realistic?

didn't notice that till you pointed it out,. for me not that big of deal, if you take in to consideration that the feet and hands as well as the anatomy of the character in general is really, really good (opposite direction of liefeld art) with that said I would kill to be able to draw like this, chin and all.
