This cover isn't Miller's, only the story inside. I think his first professional cover is Daredevil 158. There's an impossible to find fanzine Alternative #8 that predates that. I've never seen a TZ comic signed by Sterling. He died in 1975, so the issues would have to be numbered 63 or lower.

I wonder when they decided to just drop "Starr" and added the star?
