    Number one, number one
    You're my second to noneAfter being a Collector's Society Member for three years, I can't put into words how thrilled I was this morning when I saw that I had won a Best in Set Award this year for one of my Captain America Fallen Son sets. When I joined the Society, my goal was to earn as many points as possible in the overall standings. Now, I want to take a different approach. With a little work, determination, and of course discretionary income, I'm confident I can compete again next year. While quite a few of my sets are in the top ten, I hope to focus on the following categories to compete for Best of Set awards in 2010:DC Bronze First IssuesSuperman/BatmanTransformers 1984Thanks to the Collectors Society and CGC for reigniting my childhood love of comic collecting. And congratulations to all the 2009 winners!

    Progress Report

    When I say I'm going to do something, WATCH OUT!
    Since announcing my new strategy to refocus my comic collecting efforts, I have made significant progress:
    1. I have moved from number 9 to number 6 in the DC Bronze Age First Issues set.
    2. I have moved from number 7 to number 2 in the Superman/Batman set.
    3. I have moved from number 8 to number 6 in the Transformers 1984 set.
    Time to go spend ... i mean INVEST ... more money!
