Question, on if this card will consider altered?

Hi there, I'm new to this discussion board and I was wondering if someone could answer a question for me.
I would like to have my childhood card graded, but I'm afraid it might receive an AA or other letter grade because the upper left corner and the border has a different color due to water, glue, or another substance. Do you believe this card has a chance of receiving a # grade?
