Nice colors..great books...did you find them in one batch?

I purchased them all about 27 years ago as part of extremely large Marvel collection from a coworker of my dad. I have another batch due back this week.

Why was this given a qualified grade when I have seen other printer plate swaps given the standard blue label? How does this printer error effect the collectable value?
