Thanks for the feedback grendelbo.  Wish I had those copies with the color break ticks if that were the case. 😀

what do you think is the biggest thing that drives it into VF+ territory? Does CGC really hammer books for that size color rub?

Would love to hear your thoughts.  Bought this off of eBay for a good deal. Seller was pushing a higher grade in the description but never know what to think.  Very clean book with sharp edges.  Only issues I find are a very small non color break tick on the bottom left  FC, near spideys logo(pic 5) and color rub on the bottom right of the BC, with two color breaking ticks mixed in with the rub

Thanks all for honest grades and thought.  A few made me lol.  Thank fully the ticks on the back spine aren’t color breaking but always hard to truly telL with that white background.

Hopefully a press and a clean will bring this beauty closer to vf/nm as possible, as some of you mentioned.  Keep the grade guesses coming. I’m loving the commentary!

Would appreciate your thoughts before I decide whether I should grade officially. The book is in great shape with no issues inside the book. White pages and no tears or missing pages and nice corners. Small smudge on the right side of front cover next to wolverines head.  I counted around 15 small spine ticks, all measured at around 1/16 inch or so. Could definitely use a C&P.
