  1. I'm not really sure what it's called, but I have 4 graded cards that I have purchased through a 3rd party. Two are CGC, one PSA, and one SGC. All of the ones that I've purchased came in a small, clear plastic "bag" covering to protect the hard plastic slab. I recently got two of my own cards graded and they just got delivered today. Neither came in the plastic bag and I'm afraid of the plastic slab getting scratched. I took my first ever CGC card that I bought out of the plastic because I didn't think I'd like it, and now I regret that because the slab is scratched. Since I've experienced this first hand, I'm afraid of my two new cards getting scratched. Especially since I opened them myself from booster packs so I have more of an attachment to them, and they're the best CGC grades I have.

I've attached pictures in case I'm confusing anyone since I'm really not sure what to call the plastic covering that's not the slab. I've also attached a picture of the way my cards came!

    Thank you

    Hello

If the two lowest grades match, that's the grade. If it was 3 3 10 10 it's a 3. It's not an average.

what if the two lowest grades don't match? i.e 9 10 10 10. Then is it the average?

  3. I'm sorry if this has been asked before but at this point there are so many forums and I've been searching for a while and couldn't find one I was looking for. I shipped two Pokemon cards and they graded them extremely fast (super happy about that). On my submissions is said they were shipped out Jan. 20th. It's now Feb 1st and I haven't received the cards. When I initially shipped them down it only took 4 days to get to Florida from Mass. I understand we did just have a pretty crazy blizzard which definitely delayed mail across the northeast US so I'm not coming here to complain about how long the shipping is taking! I was just wondering if anyone knows how long it usually takes for their cards to arrive once CGC ships them back to you? I'm just super excited to get my cards back since I got a 9.5 on both! I guess I'm just afraid of them getting lost in the mail. Any advice is greatly appreciated! Thank you!!
