  1. Heylo ... I'm an artist (not the artist mentioned by the original poster I am sure) ... but figured my question is relatable. So I would like to know, how would I submit my custom sketch covers to be graded for a yellow label for my clients
  2. Hey there CGC Forum I am a freelance artist who has been doing commissions for awhile and building on my inventory/portfolio as I seek to get a table at the next convention here in South Florida with the intention of traveling across the country to other conventions. At the moment I have about 20 covers done that have not been sold, but a few offers have come in as I post my work on social media. Some of those offers have inquired about getting the books graded however, as I understand it, I would need a witness to my signature/work on the book in order to receive a yellow label?? The CGC site has an artist submission form, however, it asks for a credit card number but offers no information on any pricing or the reason for asking for a credit card. So I'm not gonna submit sensitive information without any explanation as even the 'terms and conditions' that follow at the bottom of the submission form fail to address why I would need to give CGC my credit info. I have called the toll free number and the sarasota number and have been unable to speak to a human so now I am here on the forums hoping to get some help. As a new artist, what do I need to know about sending my sketch cover work/commissions to CGC? Can I submit through a facilitator? I would greatly appreciate any and all information a new artist should have in order to work with CGC. Thanks in advance! ((I attached a sample of one of the covers I've done recently just as a tease.))
