Hi,

I shipped 3 submissions together. 2 submissions were modern and 1 submission was modern - custom label. Both of the non-custom label submissions were entered into the system and I received a submission acknowledgement. However, the submission with custom labels is not in the system and was not listed on the acknowledgement even though they were shipped together. Will I receive an acknowledgement for the custom label submission separately? Thanks.

I will have my IT department look into this for you; however, in the meantime if you do not wish to wait for them to correct the issue, you may handwrite the labels that you would like on the packing slip. Nothing is billed until it is received at our facility so you will be charged for the labels on the back end once the submission has been received into the system. Thank you. 

Thank you for the response. Approximately how long will it take to fix the issue? I don't mind waiting depending on how long it takes.

What if I wanted a custom label on all of the books in the submission, but the custom labels aren't loading on a few of the books in the submission form? I would still want all of the books to have the custom label but for some reason the labels won't load on the books when I fill out the form.

When I am filling out the submission form, some books do not have the custom labels loaded. If I notate it on the packing slip that I want a certain custom label, will I still be charged for shipping and invoice fees twice since the system puts it in two separate tiers?
