Hey everyone. Been collecting since I was about 8, but as of the past couple of years have been getting into graded books. I love indies and controversial/historical comics and just odd things in general.

I bought a copy of air pirates funnies #1 I am considering grading. Overall I would say (as an amateur) it’s in the 5’s, but this front cover stamp has me more confused. It looks like someone stamped their name into it. It is a raised stamp almost like a notary stamp that leaves an impression on the paper. 
 

Has anyone seen this before or know of any other instances of this happening? Is it worth a grade still?
