    Thank you for replying back. I figured it out. Some reason there was two same drop downs for Wolverine issues that I am sending. I picked the one that had United States at the end. When I did, no option for Custom label. When I picked the other one, it gave me the option.

    This might be a user error ,but I don't see the option for custom labels when I go to submit comics now. Any help will be appreciated.
