  1. Not sure what caused these punch outs put they run through the entire book. The cover, first page, and back cover are the only pages with the little punch missing completely, other than that, the punch are made but the pieces are still attached to the pages so you can still read it.

Trying to determine if it's even worth sending in for grading. Thanks!

  2. Has anyone had any luck with getting certain things mentione on the lables of the books submitted?

Example I saw a Batman 457 with the notation of 1st appearance of Tim Drake as Robin at my LCS and the person behind the counter mention they don't know why ot wasn't mentioned it was also the 1st appearance of Robin's battle staff.

So my question to the group is, can you submit comics with a post it note mentioning something like that in hopes it gets added to the label? Or is this a classic, don't tell me how to do my job.

  3. Hi All,

I was looking for some advice as to would a remainder comic be worth submitting for grading of it has missing pages.

I recently found a few remainder copies and one has pages torn out in the middle of the book and the others only crime (😀 ) is that its a remainder copy.

Any advise? I know it's all subjective but I'd hate to send them off and get anything other than a blue label.

Sometimes when I go to type the details in for a submission a book will come up with the following #nn next to the title instead of an actual issue #.  Anyone know why this would be the case and what does it represent?

    Hi,

I believe it means there's no number for that issue. I submitted my Batman Harley Quinn and the grading came back with the #nn next to the title.

  5. Hi,

I'm sort of new to collecting (im only now finally afford to begin a collection of silver age Batman/Detective Comics first appearance comics) and I recently found a Batman #92 remainder copy at my LCS.

I was wondering of anyone could tell me if it's worth sending in to be graded or worth anything at all in this format.

I wanted it for the appearance of Ace so I'm happy with the purchase , but I can't help but wonder if I paid too much for what it is. I just bought this last weekend for $75.
