I have not yet paid for an upgraded membership so I only have the free membership and am not sure how to know ahead of joining what the declared value would be on some of my cards? Primarily a Topps Sparkle Chrome Zapados. It will not let me see submission forms because I have not upgraded so I don't know what I would have to pay to have this graded if it qualifies as part of the bulk grading or not
How do you know if a card applies under the $200 declared value?

The only one was mine for 1400 but I had to refund them. Do they base their sales off eBay?
