    Here is my FF #12. Looks 9.4 from the front cover but a small tear on lower left of back cover brings it down to 7.5. I wish I could buy more 7.5's like this

    I had an eye on some of those books but now looking at the thread in the Comics General, not too sure... Are you saying that all of those books are not a old gentleman collection but rather books that were once graded lower by CGC, cracked and then re-offered for sale as raw in much higher grade?
