Same with me the box looked fine I went from being happy and excited to sad and furious

Got my cgc box delivered friday before Xmas eve 8 slabs came damaged 😔 so what action should I take what sucks this is my first cgc order and this is my experience 

8 of my slabs came cracked and broken 😞 so what’s the step I need to take

I am new to grading, I would like input on grading due to wear/chip on spine.
