    I was once contacted by a collector with an empty gallery. Turns out he lives a few towns over. We met in person to exchange and had a great chat. He has bought from me multiple times over the years. There are good people out there. Just do your due diligence and you’ll be fine. I wouldn’t let the few bad stories bother you. Also as a buyer, I never send PayPal Friends/Family unless it’s someone I’ve dealt with before. As a buyer you have zero recourse. I would rather pay the fee and have the extra level of protection.

    Won a Garfield original strip in an auction for a decent price. Within 10 minutes seller sent me a cancellation request stating he lost the item.

    Hard to pick one but this is up there.

    High demand along all areas. Supply is trying to keep up with it. In some cases supply is meeting demand but in most cases supply can’t keep up. So prices on everything desirsble keep rising, whether it’s rare variants to keys to art.

    Underbidder in the ASM 43 page but it had gone out of my comfort zone. Did win a smaller item that I’m very happy about! Not a bad flip on the peanuts strip! This is what it’s sold for in March.
