Could you tell me why some of that Test Print cards have "1999" and some "1998" on the label? On the card the year is same. 

Hey CGC. Recently, cards with your certificate appeared at auctions. They were Jungle cards with white borders. The label says "Test Print".

I would like to ask what does this mean? Does this mean that these cards were printed before the official ones from Jungle? Or maybe something else?

Will there be an article about these cards? They are amazing, but I can't find information about them anywhere.

Fresh pulled Great Tusk GX. Missing one holo layer (stars). Are CGC will grade that as error after confirmation that is legit and no home-made?

Hi, I am a collector from Europe. I love CGC slabs, but there is a problem. Middlemans from Europe want up to 2x the price for the cards. Plus, there's a chance they'll scam you. Can people from Europe send cards to CGC without worrying about customs fees? If yes, how to do it? Are you planning to open a CGC branch in Europe?

Are CGC recognize this error cards? And will grade them?
