2+ months to get an order of 15 cards returned (well, I actually have not received them yet) ... and 3 will need to go back!  Not sure how 2 of them got past QC.

I emailed CS with no response.  Is CGC going to cover shipping and insurance for me to send these back in?

Same issue here, images that were there from recent submissions have all vanished.  Also, all of my Pristine 10 sports cards have all reverted to Gem Mint 10 in the registry.

After an email to customer service the order is now in shipped status and the certification numbers can be verified.  The cards are still not included in the pop report.  The cards are all Pristine 10, but show 0 Pristine 10s in the report.

The certification number did not change on mine.  It was reholdered from the green label to the CSG black label just before cutoff for the old labels.

I submitted 1004562003 for reholder to a CSG 2nd gen label.  Prior to the reholder there was one Perfect 10, now there are two.  I doubt someone submitted a card just before the label change, asked for the old label, and it was graded a perfect 10 also.  I don't think the pop reports have ever handled reholders properly. 

@CGCRyan Is the black/white CSG Perfect 10 label still available if I send in a green label perfect 10 for reholder in the next week or two?

I see Pristine 10s are showing as Gem Mint 10s when verifying the certification.  Are the Pristine 10s going to be combined with the Gem Mint 10s in the pop report even if they are not reholdered?

I might have missed it somewhere, but I don't think that I have seen confirmation on this.  If I send in a Pristine 10 without subgrades for ReHolder service, will it be eligible for the Perfect grade?
