  1. Just noticed, the last one (wraparound cover) is also the wrong series entirely! It is supposed to be Transformers v2 #6, not Transformers: More Than Meets the Eye #6.
  2. So, I picked my books up at the convention center this afternoon - had 7 graded. Three of them (!) have incorrect labels. Unfortunately I did not inspect them until I got home outside of a quick glance at the grades. One is the completely wrong series, so the entire thing needs corrected. It is also a Retailer Incentive Edition, and needs to have that specified, along with the story and cover artists. One doesn't have the designation of Retailer Incentive Edition, and as a result it lists the wrong cover artist. And the third also does not mention that it a Retailer Incentive Edition or that it is a wraparound cover. I sent a message to support after I noticed the first two, but now it's 3. How can I get these fixed? Seems like there should be compensation, too, given that 43% of my order needs correcting...and I had the correct information in my initial submission; I just double-checked.
  3. Thank you! I actually noticed it had opened up the other day, but I appreciate the response! One final follow-up question: When submitting comics for on-site grading, I noticed that Pressing is available for Signature Series, but not for blue label submissions. So, the question is two-fold: is pressing reading going to be available on-site, and if so - why not for blue label?
  4. HeroesCon is in 8 days, but I am unable to create an order for Sgnature Series submissions. Is there a reason for this that I am unaware of? Does the submission window only open the week of the con, has CGC stopped accepting submissions for it, or is there another reason? Trying to price out what I will be doing and get my ducks in a row for this event - any help is greatly appreciated!
  5. So, I joined CGC in June last year and opted for the Premium membership. Now, my membership is set to renew on the 15th, which is the 2nd day of a major convention I will be attending. I had two things I was looking to accomplish here: 1. I intend to renew, and also upgrade to the Elite Membership. 2. I want to go ahead and get my submissions in order before the first day of the convention (which is the 14th). My questions: Is it possible to know how much credit I have left on my account from this past year? Can I renew a few days early (ie. now) at the Elite tier so that my 20% grading discount and new $150 credit are ready to go when I prepare my submissions early next week? If the answer to the 2nd question is Yes, then would I still have until the 15th to use any remaining credit from the prior year? And if this is all possible - what is the best way to go about doing it; should I call? Thank you for your time and attention.
