    White pages should get more points =P

    I did a video blog where I compared the exact same issue number graded Golden Age Batman comics and page quality did not affect the points awarded. 

    I sell mid grade White Page books to get higher graded books that do not have White Pages into my collection and the registry. 

    I just purchased a Batman 54 graded 6.5 with Off White pages. I now have an undercopy of Batman 54 graded 5.0 with White Pages. 

    If I got more points in the Registry set for  White Pages I would not upgrade. 

    When I tried to crack press and regrade some comics, page quality went down from White Pages so I know page quality is at the discretion of the grader. 

    I will say there are quite a few collectors I deal with who prefer White Pages.

    I still think a 100% complete set with 100% complete front and back images posted with 100% descriptions sets should get "completion" points or their own awards as I find it very frustrating that a 10 comic set can beat a 100% complete set in points. I have a complete Batman 1-100 set posted and as soon as my comics from CGC (which shipped yesterday arrive) I will have Amazing Spider-man 1-100 with the 7 annuals and Amazing Fantasy 15 set complete!

    I know there was some talk last year about getting more points and more recognition for complete sets but nothing has happened.

    My Registry Set was still in the 100th range so I purchased a Universal Graded Amazing Fantasy 15 CGC 2.5 to improve my ranking  

    My original copy is for sale now

    I will get the raw books graded with regular labels and send the graded books in that need the NYC Spiderman label when it comes out.
