I know there has been a ton of questions regarding how long CSG is taking to complete bulk orders, so having my recent 50 card bulk order moved to "Shipped" status, I wanted to put this info out there as reference.
- Date package was dropped off at CSG facility per USPS tracking: 3/24/2021
- Date order was marked as "Received" in CSG Submission Tracking: 5/20/2021
- Date order was marked as "Imaging/Grading" in CSG Submission Tracking: 7/15/2021
- Date order was marked as "Shipped" in CSG Submission Tracking: 8/12/2021
This order stayed in "Received" status for approximately 7-8 weeks before it moved over to "Grading" status. Once it hit "Grading" status, it moved through to "Shipped" in about 4 weeks. Per the USPS tracking # provided by CSG, the package should be delivered on 8/16/2021.

I spoke with CSG customer service today and was told they are still working on orders that were received the week of 3/15/2021.

We are getting neither. Don't waste this crisis, CSG. Make it right with your customers that are waiting. Maybe vouchers or something. In 60 days, their will be 10 more companies with the same level of cred and slab value as CSG. I need a reason to stay with CSG.

I agree. At this point I wish I would have just put my cards in the safe and held out for PSA.

Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I’ve got an order in that was received on March 24th and still hasn’t entered their system....

It's not. Mine was delivered via USPS 3/22 and has not been logged in by CSG yet. If you peek at a couple other threads on the forums it seems as though right now CSG is logging in submissions delivered the week of 3/15-3/19. Hopefully we'll see some traction on 3/22-3/26 submissions next week.
Thanks for the reply. I was just hoping they had a similar system as PSA to where at least they acknowledge they have received your package, even though it hasn't been logged in their system yet.

I sent an order to CSG back in mid March via USPS and the tracking # shows it as "Received" on March 24th. It is still not logged in their system. Also, when I put the tracking # into the "Confirm Package Receipt" box on the CSG website, it states that my package has not been received (see below). Is anyone else having this issue? Please tell me it's not just me......

Yea, I think when I submitted the bulk turnaround time was listed as 41 days. Keep in mind though those are “working” days which I’m assuming are Monday-Friday.
