7 Working day turn around time, riiiiiiiight. Package arrived last monday with WK clearly written on all edges and sides of the box and not even entered into the system by 5PM today. I understand being busy, but even when contacting customer service and the best answer you get is "Oh well I'll have them look for it" is an absolute slap in the face for someone who is willing to spend thousands on your still unproven service. A lot of flaws with what looked to be a promising company, I sincerely hope things make a turn for the better.

Contact customer service and go up the food chain. I went through many rounds with base level employees until I asked to speak with a supervisor. Supervisor got involved and cards were graded within 2 days.
