Thank you ,however, one status still shows that my order is being finalized, yet I have already received the order shipped to my house. I suspect my other orders have not been updated properly as well.

Why is the "Submission Tracking" tool not being updated? It hasn't changed in weeks for me, but i have recieved one of the packages the submission tracker says you are still in the process of grading. I have other orders that are just sitting there and I would like to know their status.
