It's been a couple weeks since my most recent submission and all the cards from it are still showing as Unknown Item. Submission number 1401000821, any help with this would be appreciated!

I recently got an SU. The card came back saying "not enough information" about it, but when I talked to customer service they said it was cut inconsistently and was too big/too small to fit in the slab. Could be any number of things I guess. Good luck!

I have a collection of independent wrestling cards that are produced and released by independent promotions (GCW, Limitless, PWG, AAW, etc) That I am hoping to grade. Is this something that CSG will grade? I also have checklist and release informations I could attach.
