    I'm thinking of upgrading my membership to submit cards.  I printed the service sheet and at bottom it says $5.00 handling fee per grading tier per submission.  Does this mean its $20.00 economy and then an additional $5.00 handling per card?  Just trying to see what my total cost is going to be and want to be sure.
